Shipping Policy

Order processing times: Pre-made items will be sent to the address provided within 3-5 working days - Monday to Friday. Custom made and personalised items can take up to 28 days.

Our shipping methods: We will ship items using Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-day delivery aim, which includes tracking and confirmation of delivery photo.  Items will be photographed prior to packaging for our records.

Shipping rates: For up to date shipping rates with Royal Mail please see their website: Step 2 - Service - Royal Mail Click & Drop | Send an item - Send it your way For illustrations purposes, a parcel sent on 18th July 2025 and up to 2kg as a small parcel would cost £3.45.

Shipping restrictions: We will only ship within the UK.

International shipping: We do not offer international shipping.

If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible on bsandbearscrafts@gmail.com. Our process is to photograph products before packaging and again in their packaging. We use Royal mail Tracked delivery, so that we have proof of delivery. We use this service because we can track progress, and they provide proof of delivery – meaning parcels are less likely to go missing.

Should B’s and Bears Crafts suspect that failed delivery is the fault of the customer, we reserve the right to no longer accept orders from you.
