Refund Policy

Thank you for making a purchase from B’s and Bears Crafts. We value your custom and want you to be totally happy with your purchase. So, if you haven’t had a conversation with us about your product then we ask you to drop us an email to see if we can resolve the issue first, bsandbearscrafts@gmail.com. Below is the official returns and refund policy for our products.

Please note, that if your purchase was personalised, or custom made we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item was faulty. This is in line with the UK government guidance that you can find in the link below. Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law - GOV.UK

We offer refunds on purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. If your purchase is not personalised or custom made, we will offer a refund when:

• You inform us within 14 days of your purchase being received that you wish to make a return. And,

• You return the item to us within 14 days of making your refund request, in full working order and in the original packaging with all unmarked packaging, including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.​

 

If these conditions are both satisfied, we will make a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of returned good received. Please note, B’s and Bears Crafts will not refund the cost of postage, or the postage cost to return your purchase.

Where we will not make a refund:

- Items are personalised or custom made.

- After the 14 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds, where applicable, process.

1. We package and post out your item, having taken a photograph of it for our records.

2. You receive the item and decide you aren’t 100% happy. So, you email us to discuss options for a resolution.

3. After discussions you are still unhappy.

4. You send us an email to request a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.

5. You return the item to us within 14 days of making your refund request, in full working order and in the original packaging with all unmarked packaging, including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. B’s and Bears Crafts will not refund the cost of postage, or the postage cost to return your purchase.

6. We receive the item and will email you on receipt of the product and confirm your refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund when the above conditions are not met, or where the item is personalised or custom made.

7. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
